A slightly delayed review… Labor Day weekend, our air conditioner stopped working. Ron came the next day, a Sunday, and replaced a part and had us up and running in about an hour. What great service for a first time customer! We knew our systems were at least 20 years old and wondered if it was time to replace them. Ron and his crew came back a few weeks later and went through all our systems, gave them a good maintenance service. We were so glad to hear that we didn’t have to replace with new systems. Thank you to Ron and crew for your honesty, professionalism and promptness.

During the hottest day of the year the A/C went out at First Baptist Accelerated Academy and we were having no luck finding a company to help us get it running again. We called company after company. Many said they were too busy and others promised to call back, but never did. Our school was facing the possibility of having to close for the safety of our students. However, in one last attempt we reached out to Comfort Heroes. They graciously listened to our situation and immediately began figuring out how they could help us, even though they were also very busy (remember it was the hottest day of the year). Within 30 minutes they were at our door with big smiles and went to work. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem, but they also identified ways to limit this problem from occurring again. Additionally, they gave us a very fair price and were some of the nicest guys that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Comfort Heroes went above and beyond to help us out in a very difficult pinch and allowed us to continue to operate our school and serve our students. We have discovered our favorite HVAC company in Ventura County and will definitely be using them for all of our future needs.
